Food Diary

So I read the other day that people who keep food diaries tend to loose more weight because they physically see how much healthy vs unhealthy food they are putting in their bodies. So I am going to start writing down here what I eat each day. I know you don't really care what I eat on a daily basis but thats the fun of having your own blog....you can write about whatever you want and people don't have to read it if they don't want to. I relunctantly am not going to leave anything out. Hopefully when I feel like "cheating" during my day I can remember that everyone will know so I better not! Haha! Peer pressure can be a good thing sometimes! haha!

Ok so here it goes for yesterday:

December 27th

Breakfast- Coffee (with sugar free creamer)
Low Sugar Oatmeal- Apples and Cinnamon Flavor (5:30 am)
Egg, Bacon and Cheese Buritto (9:00am)
* (I get up so early I have to have two breakfasts to hold me over...haha)

Lunch- Green Leafy salad with turkey meat.
Red Grapes
Crystal Light to drink

I jogged for 30min at 4:00 and had crystal light after that.

Dinner- Grilled chicken over rice with broccoli and one dinner role. Water to drink.

Cheat- Two chocolate chip cookies... I know I know. BAD!!! I probably undid my entire workout by eating those.

My goal is to loose 10 lbs by Courts wedding which is on Jan 22. We shall see!
