Leaving' on a Jet Plane.....

In 3 hours Addy and I will be on our way to the airport to fly to Knoxville,TN. I have prepared so much for this trip. I have a bag totally dedicated to addison's books, toys and about 5 baggies of different snacks and chocolate for "emergencies" for her (and I). I also am bringing a lap top with Shrek for her to watch which is her favorite movie right now and the only movie she will sit still to watch. I PRAY TO GOD the plane is not full and I will be able to move to an empty row!

I definitely don't like that I am going without Matt. When it comes to parenting and large family gatherings, two is always better then one. He is good at reminding me to "take a chill pill". Then I take my imaginary chill pill and I'm all better.

I want to throw out there a big ol' prayer request for Matt as he takes two different exams on Saturday. They both determine if he will be eligible to enter into the interview process to get into the Police Academy for Grand Prairie. It's a very long process with many different tests so we won't know for a while. This is the reason he is having to skip out on my sisters wedding on Saturday in Tennessee.




Since a lot of family and friends can not make it to the wedding I am going to post some pictures of Courtney in her dress! I guarantee Ted will not be on here to see them. She looks beautiful!
