It's finally Friday! I've been waiting for this day for 5 days!!!!!!!! I LOVE a quiet house. Matt is at our churches "D-Now" weekend tonight doing worship. I originally wanted to go and help but I realized that that would be too much after the week I've had and I needed to spend some time with my daughter, just us girls. Even though they need help and it would be a good thing to do, sometimes.... too many good things can be bad and I felt like God wanted me to stay home and do nothing with my daughter.
So, I just put Addy down. It's 8:15 and I can do anything I want! (as long as I stay at home...hmm) Is it bad that the thing I want to do the most is put a movie on and fall asleep on the couch? I have a sink full of dishes and a load of laundry to put away. But I'm thinking...... forget it all!!!!! WooHoo! Now, I realize going to bed at 8:30sh on a Friday night seems ridiculous to people without kids. I can just here my sister telling me what a absolute geezer I am at the age of 28! haha! Taking care of strangers all day long and then coming home and taking care of your family makes for a very draining week, after week, after week. So yes, sleep would be the perfect end to a perfectly rotten week....to which I am truly thankful. Cause without that rotten week we couldn't eat! haha!
